The ingredients needed to cook Beetroot and carrot salad:
- You need 350 g of carrots, julienned or coarsely grated.
- Take 350 g of raw beetroot, peeled and julienned or coarsely grated.
- Get 1 Tbsp of red onion, thinly sliced.
- Provide 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.
- Take 2 Tbsp of olive oil.
- Provide 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
- Prepare Handful of parsley roughly chopped.
